Visiting Without a Boat
The Public are very welcome to attend the rally for which there is no booking or fee required. Please see the Visiting the Rally Page for more information
Traders Bookings
Floating traders and Charity boats are extremely welcome at the rally. The booking form for Trader’s and Charities can be found here:

Fees
- Narrowboat £35
- Wide beam £55
- Wide beam under 10’ £50
- Registered pair (Motor and Butty) £45
- Trade & Charity £40
Discounts
Early Booking Discount £5 less if booked before 1st March
50% Discount for Birthday Boats i.e. Boats that were built 1936. If your boat is older than this and did not attend in 2025 it will benefit from the 50% too
Membership
Membership is included with your boat rally booking for up to 2 people (Wristbands can be applied for.)
Your Membership entitles you to attend the AGM each year (One vote per boat) and to participate in all activities associated and organised by the BBR over the weekend of 16/17th May. This includes the Boaters gathering on the Friday Evening.
Associate Membership can be purchased for £5 per Adult and £3 for 12 – 17 year olds. These members will not have voting rights but can join the Friday Boaters Gathering. Please use form Membership Application in order to get your membership and wristband for boater’s night.
