Boat Parade
What is it?
On Sunday 12:00, a Parade of boats will be setting off. The smaller boats (under 45′ in length) will parade between Tesco’s and Stockers Lock. The reason the smaller boats will navigate this route is because they can turn without a winding hole. The Larger boats will parade from the Winding Hole at Tesco and navigate up Batchworth Lock to where they can turn and backdown through the lock again. Commentary about the boats is given as they set off
Lock Jam· Rally Departure
What When?
Boats on Sunday, queuing at Batchworth lock while listening to a live band playing lock side. Bring your dancing shoes for the Lock Jam at 5pm.
